I am so happy that I contacted the Mt. Pocono Animal Hospital. From the moment I booked an appointment for my puppy Yosh. The staff was warm and caring and excellent on the day of visit. Josh and Kelly guided me and made us feel welcome and answered any question or concerns. Both handled Yosh with care and sensitive to my puppies needs. The Veterinarian was excellent providing me with important information and answering my questions. Taking good care of Yosh my puppy and looking into future care that will benefit the health of my puppy. I look forward to my next visit! I appreciated also all the resources package given to and things to read which educated me further.

I have been with Dr V, Kelly & his staff for a over 16 years. There is covering up problems and then there's looking for the root of it and treating at that level. Dr V looks beyond the surface when there are health problems. When surgery was required I understood it was the only answer. Dr V performed a miracle and my PPD can now see again! My girl "7 " s almost 20 and it's because Dr V's care!

Dr Valese is to us the best vet on the mountain. As you can see Diesel our Siberian husky is our world and always try to do the best for him. Kelly rocks true asset to the business and always accommodates us and treats Diesel and every pet that comes thru the door with true dedication and most caring spending time with you to explain everything. This vet Kelly and Dr valese are definitely like family after many years of caring for Diesel and he actually walks so proud into the office. He truly enjoys seeing his friends there thank you everyone at Animal Hospital of Mt Pocono and staff. Love you guys and thank you once again for taking care of Diesel you Rock Diesel has been a patient for almost 13 years now we rescued him at 11 months and Kelly and Dr valese always gives you a courtesy call to check on your furbaby From The Soto Family Felix, Jann and Diesel.
