Clean and empty on a Saturday afternoon. I had already packed and labeled my boxes (they were returns). Only one clerk at the counter, and the place will likely back up if there are some complicated pickups or dropoffs. Such is life in the post covid era. They'll scan your prepaid labels and have you in and out quickly. Dont forget to take pictures of your boxes on the conveyor. Makes FedEx claims a lot easier if you can prove what it looked like when you dropped it off. 7/10, I'd drop my boxes here again.

Fed ex is HORRIBLE!!!!!! NEVER pay for express, it will arrive the same time as regular. FedEx ~ If you can’t deliver as promised, shouldn’t you refund the difference? Because of lack of competition FedEx knows there aren’t many other options, they don’t care about customer service. Today I stayed home waiting for a delivery. My roommate saw the FedEx truck breeze through without stopping. Then I see in the website delivery was attempted. I would be mad at the employee, but FedEx blocks you from speaking with local managers. They absolutely refuse to let me speak with the drivers supervisor. If a company cares, they would want to know so they could correct the problem. They have blocked me in every level from speaking with anyone who could verify what I say. I work in supply chain, management can track the vehicle and verify he never stopped. They don’t care. At all.

Cedric Edwards was great. Fedex woefully understaffed at Atlantic Avenue, but Cedric went above and beyond helping customers. For quite a while he was the only one working the counter AND going in back to find packages. If it were not for Cedric I would have given FedEx 1 star.

They will normal put the item in a box... I shipped about 5-10 times a wekk at this location... Also you get added insurance if they pack and the items is damaged.

I would say no unless it has been attempted to be delivered ... usually it's sent to the recipients address and then only took to ship center is no delivery could be made. However, I have seen situations where u may be able to have it redirected ... takes a little work ...
