I went yesterday at 6:45 and they were closed! I called today to check on times and they told me they close at 7 daily and she made it seem as if I was lying about them closing early yesterday. Meanwhile they just updated their hours a short while ago to 6:30pm. Lol! I hate bad businesses.

Great staff and smooth experience. My parents had to get multiple important documents notarized on short notice and our notary appointment fell through. We called this UPS store and asked if they could help - they said they could and set up a time to expect us. Reese and Tiffany did a great job while we were there - Reese managing the numerous documents needing witnessing carefully and quickly and Tiffany keeping the walk-in customers moving very quickly through their needed services, while answering all their questions clearly. We were prepared to wait if they were both needed to handle a line, since we know notary services aren’t their main job, but we didn’t have to. Thanks to both of them for giving my parents great peace of mind for getting the docs completed.

I needed to print multiple sets of materials for a training course. I tried to upload the job via the website but it would not work so I took a thumb drive. The clerk informed me there would be a $3.50 charge for the thumb drive. I asked her to waive it because the web upload didn't work. Answer - no. I can't do that. I asked for one 15-page print job to be collated by page. The instructions were written and spoken. She said I pushed the button. Let's see if it works. 225 pages later, she said. It didn't collate but I pushed collate. No apology. No offer to collate them for me to make it right. So I said, will you discount it since it is not what I asked for and I will have to collate 225 pages. She said, no, I can't do that but I can give you the AAA discount (without telling me what it was). I asked for one 15-page print job on card stock to be cut (each page into fourths, 2 cuts per page). She said that will be $2 per cut ($4 per page x 15 pages) but they could cut 2 at a time. $32 to make 16 cuts. Way too expensive. I will be cutting my own. I have one more job to print next week. I will be going to FedEx Office. A week later, I am heading to a client site with the materials and discover the heavy card stock I paid extra for was only used for 40 of my 60 pages and I was shorted one page.
