Does anyone answer the phone there? And do the managers ever work?

Andrew Owad, they do answer the phones. And managers do work. I just got my fourth vehicle from this dealership and never had a problem.

They do and they do. Its a car dealership. Not a customer service center with 10+ people sitting there answering phones like the old TimeLife commercial.. Maybe they are actually busy sir.. Maybe not...
