Brian, it depends on your goals. With Active duty and Reserves, You'll receive $4k Tuition Assistance annually (paid to the college) to continue your education. Additionally, if you serve active duty, you will receive up to $65k towards your education after the service along with housing allowance and book stipend. If you serve in the Army Reserves, you can receive up to $13k towards your education along with the $4k annually. The Army Reserves also offers the G.I. Bill Kicker, an additional monthly allowance from $100 to $350 while you attend college.
