I had a wonderful experience. The costumer service was just phenomenal. The staff is super friendly and VERY patient. They took their time and explained to me different options of coverage concerning my insurance and they don’t rush you when looking for the right pair of glasses. The optometrist is very thorough. I came in late to my appointment, an hour before closing and the doctor still took me back to do my eye exam, and did not rush through it. If ever in need of glasses, contacts, an eye exam, or all of the above, I highly recommend coming here!

Estelle, who helped me choose frames, was delightful throughout and made the experience easy and fun.
