I'm revising my good review. I'm hesitant to like Goodwill as it is because their corporate spending structure isn't great. I rarely return anything, (never have except a couple of clothing exchanges lately) but now that they no longer have dressing rooms, it's much harder to buy clothes with confidence. I brought a cute top back that I purchased 11 days ago. I didn't realize it was that long when I stopped in today, but even with their 7 day exchange only policy I asked if they would allow me to exchange it. I'm in every week or so buying random things. I understand the policy is there for a reason, however the "manager" that was called over was rude and acted like I was rediculous for even asking. She could have handled it appropriately and I would have been fine. I didn't expect her to accept it. I had the reciept, it was literally 4 days over, the item was like brand new, trendy and in season, so really she could have decided to take it back too. This was my last stop in. I didn't deserve to be treated like that. I'll just go to Fred Meyer next door where I can try things on.

Store is good. But don’t plan on actually being able to donate anything. Maybe it’s bad luck but almost every time I go to donate, the donation area is closed. Yea

This is a small Goodwill but it's not very picked over and I ALWAYS find at least one or two scores. Today I found an Eileen Fisher jacket in nearly perfect condition for $6.79. (50% off, woot woot!) Usually lots of great shoes too.

Well over all not a bad store glad to have one in Shelton. Maybe part of there inventory issue might be related to this my niece went to drop off a couple of bags of good kids clothes and they would not accept them unless we stayed and put them all on hangers. Not to sure what that is about driped off at plenty of other places and have never been required to work in order to drop them off. But after posting them on offer up there were a lot of people willing to take them off our hands won't ever take anything else to that store would rather give it away than take it back there

They often have postings at the door inviting you to inquire inside. I would apply in person.
This store does not accept furniture; however, Habitat for Humanity just down the road does.
They do a very great job with Covid safety protocol. I feel that is very important in this day and age. No Mask, No Entry is a great way to keep things safe for all
I did that just 2 days ago. I got lucky and got it back. Text who you are and how the people can contact you. Call it at different times of day and night.
I was just up there last week. They were closed, the donation truth trailer was locked and unattended. Some folks though were stuffing stuff under it. Lol
They get some new merchandise such as socks, kitchen accessories, dog toys and collars, candy, and more.
As far as i know, yes.. they do have limited furniture space..
