Customer service was outstanding. Everyone who helped us knew their product and how to meet our needs. I spend months researching fireplace products from doors to total replacements. Drove all over Long Island to make sure I didn't miss anything. Waste of time. Start here! My product was installed today. It's exactly what I wanted and it looks phenomenal. I'd recommend this store to everyone.

Main Street Stove & Fireplace has been taking all necessary precautions in keeping this a safe workplace and healthy environment for customers to visit. All employees and customer are mandated to follow CDC guidelines by wearing a mask, social distancing, maintaining cleanliness by washing hands and sanitizing frequently. All employees are required to stay home and report if symptoms occur or if they are exposed to Covid. Upon arrival, all guest will be asked to sign in with contact information in the case of an accidental exposure to Covid we want to be able to inform you. Cleaning and disinfecting our showroom and offices are performed on a daily basis.

Anyways, does the wall one get inserted in the wall or could it be hung? Rethinking what I want, but I dont want to waste your time, if I go back and find out that it needs to be inserted into wall. Thank you.

Yes we have wood burning inserts, and we also sell fireplace doors as well. If you want heat an insert is the way to go. Visit our showroom in Patchogue as we have many on display and our sales staff can help you select the perfect one for your home.

Many things can cause the logs to soot up. Everything from a log moving on the burner to dirty propane. A simple redress and start up may fix this issue. Simply call us to go over a service call with you ext 207
