If you did not find them by now, take the middle gate. Tables are all alongside the road out to the west gate. The 3 boat ramps/fishing access areas also have them w/privy. Men please use the privy, drinking H20.
Yes there are and you can go there for picnics and such the only problem is your dinner or lunch has to already be pre-made you are not allowed to cook there so just bring in some KFC salads cakes Cupcakes drinks frisbees catcher's mitts and have a hell of a good time
There are several around parking lot for the observation tower. It is an hour walk north of visiting center or you can take car (10 min) by entering the park through the next gate on route 9 as you enter Ware.
Yes, but there are very few. I know one is located at the button of the hill (the dry side of the dam). I recall one was once located near the entrance near the state police station. But those are the only two I can recall.
