They vacuumed the basement dirt floor without taping over cracks in the ceiling, so the whole house was filled w a dense cloud of basement dust. I could taste it in my mouth immediately upon returning home hours afterward. It was not breathable and it covered everything. Then they didn’t show up for a week after their missed appointment, without ever canceling. They never cleaned up the dust problem they created, we had to hire our own clean up help. They also didn’t wear their covid masks.
