Great so far! Had to switch from Countryside due to their pathetic service and attitudes. My dog was in pain resulting in him being partially immobile, to completely immobile. I was able to set up an appointment this month, and used Belchertowns sick call hours to get him seen within 24hrs. He’s doing a lot better and they even called to checkup on him 2 days after his appointment. This was followed up by a welcome card in the mail! Great start and very happy my dog has a vet who cares about him now. Great stuff thank you!

This place sucks! Braught my very sick tea cup chihuahua there and they refused me right from the get go and told me to go to Ware instead! If I wanted to go to Ware I would have done so! 😡 Then I called them needing a question answered about a food item eaten by my dog I was concerned about and they would not even venture so much as a guess but instead said: "just call poison control"! Like that would be of any help! They are NOT VETS at poison control! This place is as useless as a hole in the head! Entirely disgusted! SHAME!! 😡

Extremely helpful with an overly excessive anxiety lab.

I always take my animals here a little bit on the expensive side then a lot of other place but they always have opening and willing to squeeze someone in. Thank you

Yes to the best of my knowledge they do. They are fully equipped so even if your dog requires anesthesia for dental work, cleaning they are well equipped. Although this is not my regular veterinary care center I have gone for emergencies and to get a second opinion. They are Friendly and knowledgeable as well as being able to see you quickly however the cost was slightly above average. (I currently have 4 geriatric, Spoiled dogs that require frequent medical attention) currently the primary care method that works best for Them is acupuncture, chiropractic,Holistic medicine for which they have been receiving at Landau veterinary clinic and are responding remarkably well to it. If you have one or two dogs then the slightly higher cost of Belchertown animal hospital would be negligible. I hope this was helpful.
I would call the office for that info.
I believe they will work out a plan with you
