You should book the shuttle thru ICA (website) not thru the boat shuttle company. Only the trip to Watershed should be booked in advance, not the returning one. It's not necessary to book the shuttle but if you do not you may not be able to hop on it at your desired time as it works on a first come, first served basis. I hope this clears things up a bit. If you're a member, the shuttle is free.
