No one returns phone calls here.. no one cares when they have a job to do and let their judgements and personal opinions get in the way of business. I've been calling for 2 weeks now and my child's voucher ran out an entire month ago while "under review." Meanwhile a 5 year old is becoming a victim of this organization when we qualify for financial assistance. Hoping I eventually get a call before so lose a job and as a single mother, that cannot happen.

This is the location for the offices of the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care. I'm not sure what paycheck you're talking about who is doing the work that should be paid
