Yes as long as its open
Admission is free to Watershed. However, it's closed for the season now, opening in May.
I think it depends on the exhibit. FYI: ica watershed itself is a fairly small. Maybe better to have both ica seaport and watershed on the same day as the whole afternoon activity. Also, this way, they can enjoy the ferry ride to and from seaport.
It's better call and inform. If not as well u can take water Taxi. But it will be costlier
Not when I went there on opening day. That may change, though.
