Website says no appointments, google also says no online appointments. When u arrive at the door you need an appointment. For 2 months now and no one at Uber is providing any support.

The state of Massachusetts screwed me over, the Uber background check was done in 3 days, the state check took over 7 weeks. I finally called my local state representative and asked for his help and I had it a day later.

I've been working for uber for almost 7 years. got a random background check and I've been waiting for uber to put me back online for 5weeks now! the green hub location says by appt only but it won't let me make one! any ideas? help!! sincerely mark buchino
