Beware if you’re a woman, these guys are misogynistic. They messed up my car registration because they thought my bf was the owner of the car (it said my name on the title but they ignored it and just assumed it was him), would only speak to my bf even though I had all of the information and was paying for everything, and wouldn’t put my name as the owner of the insurance when asked (again assumed for the silent bf). I assumed it was one bad experience, but I went to this location 3 times and received the same treatment. Do better GEICO.

The office is trash,we wanted to add a new driver and the guy who was there ask us our phone number we gave it to him and he asked us to pick up the phone we thought it was just to verify or something but no he ask us to start to talk to the company on the phone!???? He couldn’t have tell us that the office would help us? Or that just calling there number?? Terrible costumer service.
