We rented a truck today after 2 hours the truck broke down we called customer service 5 times and every time they said they would send someone to help, our employees waited more than 4 hours on the road without eating, drinking water because no one solved anything, just solve the situation cause leave truck over there and we payed for uber. This is extremely inhumane U-Haul they respect their customers more.

I rented a trailer last week for 24 hours. When I picked it up, it was dark and the lighting wasn't great in the lot so I couldn't see how dirty it was until the following morning. There were rocks, trash, and even broken glass all throughout the trailer. I still used it and returned it within 24 hours, however it didn't get checked in for 2 days later and uhaul charged me for 3 days instead of 1. Avoid this location if possible.
