Booked an appointment with jah I waited for 40 min called him twice he didn’t show up

Terrible entrance right on the highway. Hard to enter parking lot. My initial appointment got cancelled while I was already 20 minutes into driving. Barber(Marc Ferrara) who cut my hair only has 1 year exp and gave me a horrible haircut. Took a whole hour to do a simple taper cut which takes 10-20 minutes then when I didn’t like it he said he didn’t have enough time to fix it. Didn’t refund me after. Needs to be fired asap.
