My wife and I came here on a last minute getaway, we didn't have a reservation and wer only gonna stay one night, after our first night we stayed for two more night, and then a few more...we were made to feel like family, what an excellent little find so quiet with amazing views, perfectly perfect....

nice spacious cabin with small kitchenette. Rustic and clean. small deck facing pool. moderately priced. 3 night minimum. most cabins have 1 week minimum. Ocean fed pool. Great views. Pool did not look inviting. The frequent breeze didn't help, even though it was mid July. Nice quiet friendly place. Located just after the Giant Steps. Dinner at 6; must send your order in by 4pm. Breakfast at 8am. Good waitresses. decent prices. Decent menu, but bland food, not that there's anything wrong with that. Lobster not available for the two nights we were interested in, although they told us it was available.

We go to the Driftwood every year late in the season. We have never had a bad stay. It's a quiet place. We park the car and spend the weekend walking. So if you into noise, big TVs, a great cell phone signal and constant entertainment don't' bother. If you like quiet, piece, views, and great people then try it out.

This was the worst place I have EVER stayed in. I decided to give it a chance after reading negative reviews (the only good part was the views). The place was nasty, our sheets were not clean, the shower was full of black mold, the towels were wet... I could go on forever. Not only that, the employees were some of the rudest people I have ever met. We had to cancel our second day due to an emergency and were not given our deposit back ( as we were told we would), even though the room got rebooked. The employees will not return my phone calls and hang up on me when I call regarding it. STAY far away from this place and do not book here if possible.
