i am a courier and deliver to this location a lot. became friendly with Austin who i believe will be the new manager. that was a fantastic move by the company. austin is down to earth and always looking to help with great energy. this is my main spot when i upgrade or have questions. i guarantee it will be yours after trying it out yourself. good work austin! i'm still learning the other names there. but great place!

I went to this store earlier this month, about 3 weeks ago, and the employee, Henrique, could not have been more helpful. Prior to this, I had signed onto AT&T through a promotion, and needed help with the new phone I received as part of that promotion. I had gone to another AT&T store, asking for assistance in transferring data from my old phone but I was told by the employee there that he couldn't do it because "it would take too long". However, Henrique was more than patient in helping me with this, assisting me in questions I had about accessories I could need for the new phone, as well about my new account, while we waited for the data to be transferred from my old to new phone. He also advised about what to do in closing out with my old carrier. Beyond that visit, he has since followed up with texts to see if there's anything else I need assistance with. Overall, an excellent experience
