Got up early this morning and arrived at Kanes Donuts at 5:11 am the morning staff was friendly and I was greeted with a smile by Krista H. I tried the 2 new Monthy special donuts Apple Cider and Pumpkin the regular donuts were Maine Blueberry, Creme Brulee, French Cruller, and plain donuts. Also got the huge Honey-Glazed Coffee Roll and a medium cold brew coffee with a French vanilla shot. This spot is great and the donuts are always fresh tasting and donuts are big! You will not be disappointed coming to this location! Try it!!!!

Visited for the first time recently. My wife, who is a connoisseur, says the donuts are better than all the hipster places she visits back in Boston or Somerville. Outdoor space was fine, though the traffic noise was a bit distracting.

Donuts expensive, but are very good. The staff especially Kevin was courteous and professional.

A name from the past. In high school from 1963 through college 1968 we had coffee there every morning. I think we all had a crush on Candy but her father kept us in line. Great to see it is still open and doing well!

They are the best GF donuts in America. Seriously. They are cake donuts, the original location always had some (downtown runs out). The chocolate are great, but i honestly prefer the old fashioned (white/vanilla). I took a box of regular to work the other day along with my smaller box of GF and my NON-GF co-workers ate mine and loved them! I have tried bakeries for GF across this country and Europe and these truly are the best donut I've had. They always have chocolate & old fashioned and sometimes will have a 3rd flavor (like a lemon poppyseed or a chocolate ganache). They also freeze great - i bring some home every time i can manage to make it there before my flight and individually wrapped them and freeze in a baggie for my mom or me at a later time.
Yes
Some do so. Best to ask at the store. They have gluten-free and dairy-free products.
