It's new in Massachusetts.. you should go to car inspection and ask them for TNC, they will do it for you.. make sure you have clean and empty car then you pass the TNC inspection
I thought TNC inspection was only necessary for airport pickups in MA.

The TNC inspection is an inspection specifically for drivers for ride share companies. It is necesay to have it done to drive for a Ride share company. MA requires it, but not RI. I brought mine in to an UBER green light hub, and forgot to get my normal inspection. I was told that it didn't matter because the TNC inspection superceded a normal inspection. So that worked out well😁
