Any guest staying more than 3 days needs to be registered at the office, if they are staying more than 14 days straight, or 30 days total, they must be approved.
Usually time is measured by one group each time but generally they don't sit there and count each day totally. If two children stay one week and a different set of children lapse the daily count a little there shouldn't be a problem. After all it wouldn't be fair to one set of grandchildren if another set stayed a day or two longer. A lot depends too on the behavior of the kids I would imagine.
