Our 2 bedroom units start at 1200.00 and first months rent plus same amount for security deposit is due before move in. We have two 2 bedroom units that will be available in the next 30 days.

The community is larger then it seems. There are also multiple size units in the property. You would have to call for currently available units and rates. Parking depends on the unit but is typically included for 1 vehicle per bedroom with additional overflow parking available as well.
The property also owns the gated storage next door and tenants get discounted rates and access to the amenities. Boat and trailer parking with a private ramp and docks.
