Community needs a lot of attention and updates and office manager had a very negative attitude of her face not very friendly or customer oriented at all. Was a complete turn off I decided to apply in another community. NOT RECOMMENDED!

River trail is a mobile home community. Mobile home are usually sold not rented.

They do have rentals but it's thru the owners and dog friendly for dogs under 20lbs
