Too many fees to the point that you feel ripped off. We payed $133 in excess of the advertised rent for misc fees and tax. If I recall correctly, $40 of it was for a home made looking filter replacement you get shipped to you monthly. Don't expect to get much of your deposit back either. 25% percent is kept just because it is in the contract. Also, we went over a week without hot water. They just forgot about us. I think my favorite fee was charging us for not replacing a filter after we officially moved out but there were certainly others. We weren't fans of the inspection app either. It took too long to get through everything. On a positive note the staff was mostly nice. However, I would not do business with this company ever again.

I wish that I could give negative 10 stars. This is the absolute worst property management company that I have ever dealt with. I moved into a rental a month ago and on day one had no AC because the thermostat was pin locked. The only help I got from the after hours emergency support was telling me to "Google it" to see if could figure it out on my own. I did end up fixing it myself with no follow up from them. The washer and dryer were not hooked up, the refrigerator has shelves falling that they refuse to fix, the sink was clogged. That's just a few of the issues I experienced on day one. It wasn't until 9 days later that they finally sent somebody to address them and not all were solved until I BEGGED them to come back out. If you can avoid it, stay away from Brewer & Stratton Property Management. They will not care about you. They'll charge YOU to fix things that were already broken, and they won't have the decency to even respond to you.

I don’t recommend this property management. GO AWAY. maintenance takes for ever. here’s my story. my husband and I with three kids rented an apartment from this company for one year. before we rent the apartment. the apartment had lots of issues. for example, we had leaking water inside the living room wall that damaged the floor as well my insurance cover everything but it took them 4 moths to finish the work. we had to rent airbnb for our holiday. also refrigerator stopped working after two weeks from renting the apartment and it took them about three months to repair the issue. I had to buy my food “ vigitabhle, fruits “ every day because of that. now as we moving out I feel I get ripped off they decided to charge us 5874$ for thing we didn’t damage…

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY WALK AWAY. Maintenance takes for ever - forget about your security deposit. I rented an apartment last year from them, the apartment wasn’t remodeled or anything in fact some the appliances old, the blinds on the windows has cracks on it when I asked them about changing some of things they said the owner of the apartment wants to rented as it’s so I rented as it’s. the first month the refrigerator stopped working it took them 3 months to fix it. after that we had a water leaking from the water heater inside the wall my insurance paid for everything but it took the owner 4 months to change all floor and the wall by that time my lease is about to end and they said we’re not renewing the lease without any reason. one I moved out and now they charging me for almost 6000$.

They do everything through Rently. Virtual tours are pretty much all every rental company does nowadays. No tours from the agents. We rent with them (have for the last several years) and that's how we viewed our old house and the one we're currently in. It's super easy! And you can view multiple homes in a day if you'd like. You should be able to call their main number though and talk to the front desk. Happy house hunting.
