I don’t even know where to start.. these people do not care about the tenants whatsoever.. if you call about a plumbing issue or other maintenance problems they will just say we will get the message across but you don’t get a call back for at least 3-4 days later. We had issues with the bathtub and toilet where we couldn’t even shower. They never sent anybody out and it wasn’t just me with the issue it was the whole complex and they still didn’t care thankfully one of our neighbors had a handy father in law and he spent money out his pocket to fix a issue with the septic tank which was their responsibility not ours.. And you’re out of luck if your problem happens on Friday Saturday or Sunday. They will not fix or even call anybody to fix the situation until maybe Monday morning if they remember if not you have to keep calling..they don’t want to fix anything with those apartments that are falling apart inside and outside but they sure want to keep charging more for rent it’s unbelievable and I feel bad for the people having no where else to go. I was able to find some where more affordable and much nicer.. their places are uninhabitable Replying back to the comment they made down below: yes I no longer live there I moved out not to long ago for that reason because they never fixed anything but they will charge more and more in rent.
