Gateway / AZA is a great airport to fly in or out of. Much shorter lines than PHX and allegiant airlines has a lot of direct flights from AZA that other airlines do not service.

The name "Phoenix-Mesa Gateway" is misleading. It is nowhere near Phoenix. It is in East Mesa...about 32 miles away from Sky Harbor Airport.
