Send it by plane if you can. Walk it. Send it on a camel just try and AVOID this at all costs. Your packages getting to their destination quickly and safely is not the problem, it is the service. First you pay for the service, then they supposedly send you a ticket for you to print and if you do not print that ticket they will not service you when you get to the Greyhound station. And on top of that if they did not send the information from Texas and you are not on the list you just wasted your time going to the Greyhound station. And then the cost. It is not any cheaper than sending it on a plane or just by regular ground mail ups.

Great staff specially over night. Friendly manners respectful as long as you do. Bathroom are always clean unlessπthe midnight 2/3am Miami bus comes in.

Missing one box on the shipment , multiple items and boxes damaged , the reimbursement policy it is a joke. I want to clarify , it wasn't Orlando station fault, because I had a good treatment from the station personal , but looks like the company doesn't have the resources to do a good job.
