I went on 9/10/22 with bad pain in my foot. I was told it was cellulitis and given antibiotics. I told the doctor I didn’t think it was cellulitis but he didn’t seem to want to keep investigating and insisted I take the antibiotics. I wasn’t better at all after over a week so I went to a podiatrist. I have two stress fractures in my foot. I did not have cellulitis. So not only did I take a round of antibiotics that were unnecessary I was also walking around on a broken, painful foot for over a week based on this ER doctors advice. I was told by the podiatrist that stress fractures do not show up on X-rays and the doctors at the ER need to be more aware of this in my opinion… I still gave 3 stars because I was seen very quickly and it’s a nice, clean facility. The front desk lady was also very friendly as was the nurse.
