The new owner Sarah lies about services provided. There is no place for residents to lock up their personal belongings. Because of a failed relationship, she walks around with a first and does not care about the emotional toll it takes on the residents. She seems only focused on collecting rent and NOT the well being of the residents.

It's not a bad place, but it's pretty safe, from what I've seen so far.
