This community is a 55 and older community, one of the few where residents own their property so the HOA is only $107/month. It can be raised no more than the yearly Consumer Price Index. There are a few rules about pets, resident ages, etc., but not unreasonable. The houses are older but well maintained. You can pay the dues monthly quarterly or yearly several ways. There's a pool, clubhouse and game courts. There's a compound where residents can store trailers, RVs, etc. at no cost.
