Customer service in Daytona Beach was very good. My only complaint was that the windshield was filthy. It was hard to see through it and I had to clean it. The steering wheel was off center like 45 degrees, which made it difficult to keep the vehicle straight when driving on the highway. But still a good ride. Unfortunately, returning the truck to the North Fort Myers branch was another story. The manager was nice, however, her outside worker collecting and cleaning the return trucks was very rude. He cited some company rule that if a vehicle is returned 15-minutes before closing he cannot accept the vehicle and in a nasty tone, told us to put the keys in the lockbox. I looked at the rental agreement and the company website online and did not see any such rule. I mean he was right there but he couldn't be bothered. He then hollered at me to stand away from some hose on the ground. I get it-he may have been tired but so was I traveling across the state, unloading and loading machinery. My wife and I went back inside to complain. The manager, (I believe she was) Alicia apologized for his bad behavior and said she would talk with him. Alicia also said that she would take care of the truck. That's good customer service. By the way, the man outside (whose name I couldn't get), had a man-bun (you can't miss him). I would recommend avoiding this location (not because of the manager-she was nice) and go to another U-Haul location. This guy could learn something about good customer service from the Daytona Beach crew. I will tell my friends to avoid U-Haul if possible.

If they're not able to answer the phones, the calls are forwarded to customer service. Customer service can send an IM to the location and they can call you back. You could alao make changes to your reservation online. Hope this helps :)
It is rv storage..sadly no electrical hook ups when i was there
