Love the neighborhood, very quiet and peaceful. However, the HOA board members really ruin the place, especially the most recent ones. Rude, on power trips, nobody decent can stay on the board due to the constant drama. Can't even properly track HOA dues, office rarely open and if you actually call with a question, you get a rude and very disrespectful response.

Yes but home owner association members are very rude towards most ppl .ppl speed in n out if there day n night .some ppl in there let dogs do business in ur yard n if u say anything they do not care n continue to do so anyway .before buying anything in there make sure all bills r up to date because they will make u pay past renters or owners bills .
