We are a HOA owned community. You own you own land & only pay $77.00 a month. Please contact the office or our webpage for a list of properties.
I'm not sure I lease for the year but what i do know is you buy the house and instead of paying ridiculous money for the land you join an HOA association and only pay $79 a month and this community is so wonderful and friendly it has everything and I feel very safe here we all watch out for each other even if you don't know them a lovely place to live lots to do

Forest Park is a great place. Lots of things to do here. There are a few homes for sale but they go fast. Some people here do rent there homes. The office can help you find a place to rent or own.
I'm not sure about any age restrictions but as far as being able to get around the park, I don't see any issues. I don't personally live there but am there frequently for work. I hope this answers your question.
Forest Park is considered "real property" and you can get a mortgage.

My Brother Bill Marron just rented a house for a couple. Bill Marron Realty Office is on Business 41. Go to the light at Bayshore and Business 41, turn left and stay far right lane. Pass the Barbaque place and there is a building a few buildings up with a driveway on the right. If you have trouble finding the building call 225-8880.

There are pet sections in the park and yes you could have large dogs you cannot have aggressive breeds like German Shepherds pit bulls Rottweilers

The property comes with the Mobile homes. You can change out your mobile home or leave your lot empty or sale it as an empty lot. A lot of Banks will not finance later than 1978. But yes just like buying a house. You just have to get permission at the office....lol
