Don't know about DTA card. But student Id gets you in free.
EBT Card to Culture Initiative $3 general admission per visitor for up to two adults and four children. Does not apply to special events or programs that include an additional fee. The Museums do not process EBT transactions; cash or other payment must be provided for admission. EBT or WIC card holder must be present and a member of the visiting party.
