Literally only came in for a Passport renewal. Waited in what seemed to be the line for the people doing passports before being told we had to get sent back to the same line as people doing their packages. After probably 40 min of waiting in line just to be seen, we are told that we need to go back to the original line we had waited in. Completely ridiculous communication that just sends people on a goose chase. What should have been a 15 minute task took about an hour and a half because these lazy employees don’t even know where they are working. If you can, go somewhere else. This place is the absolute worst.

The customer service I received today from Juan Cabrera and Rosa exceeded my expectations. The USPS is fortunate to have these two employees. I am very grateful for how the passport process for my kids went with their help. Rosa is a role model to her 4 kids. Gracias. Both fluent in Spanish. Wow.

Worst Post office ever. I had a package that was supposed to be delivered today. Amazingly it went back to NJ where the sender is. This is the 3rd package that has made it to Springfield and I am in RI. Then gets routed other area than RI. Geeat to see I bailed you out. To ask for more money and extended shipping. The post office in Springfield is the worst.

ive called many times and they would pick up and hang up each time. when i called back to back they would just send me to automated voice messages. i had an appointment to take passport pictures and drove an hour and a half to get there and the only woman that can take pictures wasn’t there, and they didn’t let us know ahead of time.

Best thing to do is to go in and talk to someone, they have always been very helpful and pleasant here but due to covid and alot of things being ordered because of covid they have been backed up!
