Nice station with access to trains and the surrounding area. Looks like construction is underway to raise all of the platforms which will make boarding the trains easier.

Called at web chatted with customer service, 30 minutes on hold and then cutoff, and when I asked a question on the chat line on the website because the website couldn't answer my question, the agent referred me back to the website and ended the chat. NO THANK YOU, I'LL TAKE THE BUS!!!

Always love stopping at this station, whether it is to take a bus, take a train, or to grab a bite to eat. I am so glad Springfield reopened this station.

Amtrak Train was to arrive on Platform B yet no signs anywhere for Platform B After walking around for 5 minutes, I asked at front desk. He told me there isn't a sign for platform B and I had to go through a gate with a sign that says Authorized Personnel Only on platform C. I think it's really irritating that I had to ask someone and then I got a response that there isn't a sign so you basically have to guess where this platform is because there is absolutely no signage. It was really confusing and a lot of people were walking around on platform C asking where platform B was. You would think that they would have appropriate signs for platforms so be careful because there is not adequate signs or any type of help.

Always do everything online 95% of the time the prices are lower...
CTrail ticket is valid for several days minimum, yes , you can ride any train in the day
There are always trains coming and going. They don't have holidays off either. Call 1-800-USA-RAIL. Download the Amtrak App. Or stop in during normal business hours. Boston, Vermont, and trains going West only get one train either direction a day. Plan ahead!
You'd probably have to transfer in Albany. Contact Peter Pan or Greyhound.
I believe so but they might charge you a fee for changing the date of tkts. If you talk to the receptionist at the information desk they might help you faster.
In a parking style garage where you pay them loot and they let you use the garage 😀
Yes
You don't need your ID to travel
Contact Amtrak u can buy tik on that site
If you're talkin Abt metro north then you transfer at Union station in Hartford CT, otherwise Amtrak lines are at the back of the station (near the Dunkin and Subway) there should be a board w/times on it too.
I don't know never been there
At the Public parking but it's not free 😕...
There's a parking garage, you enter it on main st,
$35 for an adult, $18 for a senior on CTrail according to the CTrail app.
Nop, because you never give Tips.
Hi, Good afternoon.. I'm not from Springfield I don't know how parking 🅿️ is there..I did see lots of parking lots but I really have no idea..I apologize for not being able to help you.. Have a nice day
Your best bet would be goin via MetroNorth which sets you back around 20$ from what I remember.
Yes, but you may have to switch trains. NY has a new amtrak terminal- it's not the moynihan station but it's across the street from penn
Buses start at 5:00a.m. in the morning weekdays. You should call Unions Station or Go online using Google Apps like the rests of the planets!!!🤨
