I tried calling only to get hanged on and i call back no answer. Whoever is the guy answering the phone needs to learn interpersonal skills, education, phone etiquette, and finally learn to properly answer a phone and answer any question to any potential person may have. I really hate incoherent service!!

Hi Latoya, We have programs that focus on career training. These you can qualify for federal funding through us. If you are not a member of the career center simply attend a Welcome Meeting, See the schedule here: https://masshirespringfield.org/home/events/ After the meeting we will talk about the training process and how to qualify. If you are already a member of the career center simply come to MassHire Springfield and ask to see the Counselor of the Day. You can search on the types of available trainings here: http://jobquest.detma.org/JobQuest/Training.aspx This way you will have an idea of what is available. We have a binder of these trainings in our Resource Room for you to review, We also have a variety of workshops available which you will see on the events link (the first link I provided). There are for job search and computer skills.
