There's a recycling center at 430 Westfield St., West Springfield. I know it's not your job; it's just for your edification, if you don't want recyclables piling up. Just toss them in the blue recycle bins.
Dpw in springfield blows harddd. Its been over two weeks and they haven’t picked up our recyclables. Tried to leave a voicemail and they cut my message short so no one could get back to me. Laziness and incompetence!!!
