Short answer: no. No parking lot. You have to find street parking, or take advantage of the parking garages in Manchester. On weekends and at night, it is free to park in Manchester, so if you don't mind walking, yes it's free to park.
After 8 pm and on Sunday street parking is free. After 5 pm you can pay for any length of time and stay as long as you want. From 8 am to 8 pm M-Sa street parking is I think $.75 per hour. There is very limited free parking in that area.
