Terrible doctors - Dr. Lijun Song molests women during pap smears then double charges them for the visit! True Story. Also, my child went to a pediatrician for a physical and they double billed me claiming he was there for a problem. The billing department refuses to speak with your insurance company to clear things up when your insurance company tells you they are wrong. All the good doctors leave in a hurry - should tell you something. STAY AWAY, any care is better than here!

This place is absolutely horrid and careless. I have terrible trouble getting care or even having my voice heard by the medical staff here. I wanted to leave a review after my last visit but thought I would hold off and that maybe it was just a bad nurse that day but again today the same careless, snotty, uppity experience. So here's the review I avoided leaving last time in addition to a terrible experience today and every interaction between the 2 visits. Maybe it's just me, maybe I had high expectations for what internal medicine at DHMC would be, but I felt very Unheard and like I had to fight to even advocate for myself. Most topics I was concerned about were brushed aside and all categorized as me just having anxiety which yes I do have anxiety but I'm not sure it is really fair to lump everything into that umbrella. I wasn't able to address one of my main concerns which might be where my anxiety stems from because I felt I would be misheard and have that brushed aside too. I felt like everything was an argument and that the provider I met with had formed her own option of me and everything after that was condescending in a kind but belittling way. I left crying because I couldn't even ask about something thats been weighing on me for most of my life. I feel I was also given misinformation by being told I only need 60oz of water a day and that there is no such blood test for a vitamin panel - just D and B.. I've had other vitamin levels tested in the past and I've learned from nutrition certification on an international level that an adult female needs 2.7L of water daily. I left more confused than I had been before coming to the appointment. The scheduling staff was great and made me feel like I would be able to ask about concerns and they even encouraged me to do so but I did not feel okay asking or even bringing it up because apparently my only issue is just anxiety. I feel defeated and discouraged and I'm not sure where to go now.

Why do they even give appointments? Twice this week they have been running over an hour behind. Wednesday I was here for for almost 3 hours for an 11:20 appt. Today it was a 9:20 appt and I am still waiting at 10 :10.

I will not go back to this place very unprofessional. Recipetionist in internal medicine was a complete, b**** to me for no reason I got there early an appointment was for 12:30 PM, I was than told I was suppose to be there for 12:20 AM, she even had the audacity to say she could reschedule me for next month ! The hell with that I was there for a knee injury an was treated very poorly shame on you. This place had a good reputation now it's just getting worse.

All you have to do I either call the radiology department or go there and ask them to make you a copy or send you a copy and they will as long as it is still in the system.
