If you are in the area you can stop by and get information, but also keep calling.
You have to keep calling the 800 number till somebody answers.. They will answer it may take a while but they will.
You must log a call once (1 time) per day
Need to call cpoa at 1-888-4-sheltr cannot just walk in.
