The beach will be open on the weekends only August 15 and 16th, August 22 and 23rd, August 29 and 30th, and September 5, 6, and 7. The beach will be closed to the public Mondays through Fridays starting now. The lake is still open for public access, guided our boat tours, and private boat rentals at Lake Lure tours.
