The Poseidon ride was closed when we were there. Everything else was open.
One water ride is closed for annual maintenance, but the other is open
I was there two weeks ago and I didn't see anything closed.
All of the Attractions have reopened from the Pandemic Shutdown but of course can be closed again at anytime for Weather, Maintenance, or Refurbishment the normal stuff

Yes attractions close for long term maintenance like The Mummy did last year and today 3/10/21 Dudley Do-Right's Ripsaw Falls is closed for long term maintenance and the app does say that, but tge app doesn't always tell you when a ride closes while you are at the park, for example on 3/9/21 Kang & Kodos' Twirl 'n' Hurl was opened all day but @about 4pm it closed and didn’t reflect in the app.
Depending on the weather... But the app tells you everything, including waiting time
