Just went a week ago. I would say the lines seem longer but because of social distancing guidelines. Most rides we went on were at least 20 minutes less on avg, than the listed wait times on app. A few we just about walked up & rode within 10-15 minutes. I rode just about all but 2 rides in each of the parks without fast passes, just by walking up.

I went on a Friday and it was crowded! We waited 45 minutes to an hour for certain rides not all.

Longer.

Longer, they opened the park capacity but the rides are still limited. This past Sat and Sunday were extremely crowded. I'd recommend going on a weekday. I wouldn't worry about Covid. They insist you put on hand sanitizer before you go on each ride. They also monitor everyone to make sure they are wearing their mask properly.
