Absolutely amazing park, getting beat up by the wave simulator was the best along with the lazy river. Wasn't the biggest fan of the fries, the "chopped Asian salad" was really just a prepackaged salad with delicious shrimp on top. Get the shrimp, not the salad!!

Went to visit the water park. Unfortunately it is for resort guests only. That is not stated online so we drove all the way there only to be turned away.

AWFUL. If you're looking for a nice and fun vacation do NOT go here. On our first day they wouldn't let us in until 4:00, but we didn't receive any message saying our room was ready (LIKE WE SHOULD'VE). When we got into our room we found a cigarette and paper taped over all the vents. The maids were supposed to clean our place (the reason we weren't able to check in on time) but it was obviously dirty still. The pools aren't heated and when we tried to get into the Waterpark we had to go all the way back to the main building, because they forgot to give us our ticket in. The kids side was great, but the wave pool was shallow and didn't have ANY waves. On our third day our keys stopped working. We're still not finished with our stay here but we will hopefully never come back. Other west gates are amazing but this one is disappointing.

It definitely not going to compete with the Disney and Universal water parks, but for a resort to have a water park at all is pretty cool. My kids had a blast here. The food is surprisingly good and you can also order from Drafts and have it delivered to you. It was only $20 per person to get in. Woukd of liked it to be a little cheaper, but I really can't complain. If you are staying at Westgate you must visit Treasure Cove

I am a owner it’s free , not sure if you don’t own but you can call they will tell you.Nice place
If you can get past the manned security gate, nope.
I don't know if the water park is year round but I know it closes at 7pm and even earlier if a the storm is coming, which is at least once a day almost in Orlando
