Thank you for your question. You do have to be a guest staying on property to visit Treasure Cove Water Park.
I think you have to be staying at Westgate lakes resort. Owners get wristbands and free, unlimited admission. We exchanged our timeshare points to come so we had to pay $20/ day each.
