Great little spot! For a little vacation drop it, they really made it easy. They were super responsive communicating ahead of time. Their website was perfectly set up to sign up and get a spot a head of time. At the gym they were super friendly and welcoming. The gym has a lot of great space, tons of pull up bars and floor space, some great outside space. Murph was fantastic!

Visiting for 2 weeks from North Orlando and this was the nearest box to my hotel. I Left them a voicemail on the Friday morning and replied THREE TIMES to the automated Text message…. Never got any response from Mouse Trap Fitness so at 3pm I contacted another box which is an extra 15 minutes drive from my hotel but I won’t spend my money where it’s not wanted. The other box has been great so every cloud.

Great box!! My husband and I dropped in on a Saturday morning class and had a great time. Sam was our coach, made us feel right at home, and had such a fun attitude the whole time. Great experience overall

So I was on vacation to Orlando and lifting is priority. This place is so absolutely accommodating. I’m an Olympic Weightlifter so they gave me my own room with my own speaker just to lift. Sadly the unexpected happened and while mobilizing in bw lifts one of my bone spurs detached itself and is now floating in my knee cap so I dropped to the floor screaming. They made it their best to get me to relax and they helped me in every way. So grateful but so sad. I wish I could have finished out my week there because it was a really incredible BOX.
