Be careful with your car. Last month another gym member hit our truck and didn’t confess, just fled. It cost us over 1k to fix and set a family back. Now our vehicles have cameras and will catch it next time. I recommend everyone get a camera for their car, as the gym here and thus shopping complex has none (we called management for the property and there are none). In other things, this location plays some satanic music, which is unacceptable. Will be leaving very soon.

Staff are very kind and help out with everything you could ask. Even though the paper towel dispensers for sanitizing are often empty, they do their best to keep up with keeping things stocked. Machines generally work well, with a few hiccups and out-of-place pieces here and then. Can get a bit crowded in certain areas and at certain times of day, and some machines are very much not made for short people. There are certain machines I am completely unable to use due to my height regardless of how I adjust them. Perhaps the most annoying aspect of being here, despite everything else generally being nice, is that the women's bathrooms are always messed up somehow. Only about two toilets will ever be vaguely clean or functional at the same time and there's always a mess. There's even a sign in the bathroom warning that they don't clean the women's bathrooms that often--it shows, although I realize there's probably a staffing reason for that. Could definitely use some more cleanliness.

It's cramped with all the equipment right next to each other. You feel like you're running into people all the time. There's barely enough space to do walking lunges. I can do them but I feel like I'm getting into someone else's work out space because it's so cramped. This planet fitness also doesn't have things that other newer planet fitnesses have. No kettle bells, no jump ropes, and it's missing the rig where it has the battle ropes

Equipment are in great condition and staff are always friendly. Men's restrooms and shower are always dirty. I told one of the staff and he told me that he will take care of it and never did. Need more cleaning and sanitize these showers and restrooms. Especially we all being under the pandemic of Covic-19.
